Jonathan David is creating excitement for Lille. With 13 goals, he made a great contribution to this team to win the Ligue I championship after 10 years of waiting in, last season. David’s brilliant form has attracted the attention of Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham and especially Arsenal. This striker also shared his dream of moving to the Premier League to play.

Liverpool was the first English team to keep an eye on David. In December, they were said to have planned to sign him for 50 million euros (£41.6 million).

Chelsea and Spurs are the most recent clubs involved in the deal as reported on January 21. With Arsenal, they plan to use part of the £180m transfer fund to sign David.

David’s agent, Nick Mavromaras, further elaborated on the client’s future: “For us, the goal is to finish the season in Lille. But this will be his last season there for a number of reasons. reason.”
